If you ever find yourself in a situation where your wife is falling off of the corner of the bed whilst you are holding onto your laptop, DO NOT try and be a hero.  Save your computer.  K?  Bye.

  1. Let the wife drop. Got it.

But onto more important matters... how did you type a question mark when that key is now conspicuously absent from your keyboard? Was it magic? A pact with the devil? Was this post ghost-written? Come clean.

  2. That's fair enough. As much as I don't like to admit it, if I was the wife in question, I would believe falling on my arse would be reasonable punishment for doing whatever I was doing precariously on the corner of the bed anyway.

  3. The computer is clearly the priority in this scenario. I don't know why anyone (including the hypothetical wife) would see it otherwise.

  5. Nate - All of my posts are ghost-written by ESL students at the University of Nubbraskuh-Omaha.

Karen - Would you mind calling my wife for me and explaining this stuff?

Tracy - If there is a wife of the year award you should have your husband nominate you.

  6. Set priorities and stick to them. That is your 2011 Pledge. Computer comes before wife.

Now what is the wife's pledge for 2011?

  7. Hmm. yes, the missing keys are in the shape of a hand clawing for a safe hold.
Sad. Poor computer. Oh, and is the wife okay?
